Sessions can take place at your home or at my training facilities. I personally recommend 1:1 work because it delivers the most focused, efficient, and personalized progress—entirely at your pace.
Martial arts are already inherently therapeutic. Sprinkle in some breath-work, eft tapping, mental shift processes, 1 on 1 zoom calls along with your willingness and intention to be consistent, watch bad habits and patterns lose their grip on you.

We start with a 5 minute phone call or coffee shop meet up to get acquainted.
We then schedule a therapeutic interview(30-45 minutes) over Zoom to get clear on your desired outcome in life, with the program. The desired outcome is your North Star. Your destination point. That is were we are going.
